Major gallery folder settings overhaul
With OblivionJunkey94 being off duty, I changed the group settings to be one-man friendly.
I also found some nonsensical settings while doing this, like contributors not being allowed to submit to some gallery folders (what the heck, right?)
so if anyone is up for some betatesting, try submitting your deviations, no matter if you are a co-founder, contributor, or regular member, help me put an end to all the "bugs" in the settings and help make this group awesome!

I added a new gallery category - fantasy!
all your dragons, wyverns, griffins, cockatrices and others can go there! let's fill it in guys, keep them coming!

Whaoh long time sinse ive writen a journal i just wanted to say im friggin amazed at how many people are in this group wow! When i first created this group i didnt think id wrangle up this many people also im thinking of starting up the contests for next year and maybe int the mounths ending in er of this year
